The telephone number that I found by using the site does not bring me to the right destination. What should I do?

 

If it is a telephone number provided by Bezeq, press the "Contact" button on the Home Page and complete all required fields.

The message will reach our service center, so that we can correct the information.

 

If it is a telephone number of another communications provider (HOT, Cellcom, Pelephone or Orange), you must contact them directly.

 

 

I don't want my telephone number posted on the site. What should I do?

 

If it is a Bezeq telephone number, press the "Contact" button on the Home Page and complete all the required fields.

The request will reach our service center, so that we can update the information.

 

Please note that, in order to prevent the number from appearing on the site, it must be blocked in all information services: the 144 website, the 144 call center and the Bezeq telephone books.

 

If it is a telephone number of another communications provider (HOT, Cellcom, Pelephone or Orange), you must contact them directly.

 

 

I want to advertise my business on the site. What should I do?

 

You can subscribe to the Business Owner Service via the relevant link on the site's Home Page, or via telephone number 1-700-707-144.

 

 

Are the numbers on the site up-to-date?

 

The numbers are updated on a daily basis according to information received from Israel's communications companies.

 

 

I'd like to change the information on my business card. What should I do?

 

Enter the website using your username and password (which is provided via email when you join) and change the information on the Content page.

 

 

I've forgotten my password and username. What should I do?

 

Call our support center at 1-700-707-144.

 

 

When looking for businesses on the site, why are some businesses highlighted and detailed and other aren't?

 

Highlighted and detailed businesses are subscribers who pay for the Business Owner Service, who enjoy extra options not available to regular businesses.

 

 

I have a cell phone number that doesn't appear on the site. What should I do?

 

Contact your communications provider and ask them to add the number to the b144 website.
